Signing Up To A Chromaview Wholesale Account
This is a step by step guide of our Sign Up process. We love to find out about our customers so we can work with you to our best ability and help you get the best out of bulk buy contact lenses.
On our Registration page, you will be asked to fill in a form which includes your Business Name and contact details. Once you have completed this form it will need to be processed and verified by our Chromaview team.
When you have submitted your form, you will receive an e-mail asking you to verify your e-mail address. Please follow the steps in the e-mail and wait for further instruction. Our team will then check your information and can enable your account.
You will receive a second e-mail to verify that your account has been set-up and is active.
You will then have access to our full catalogue of contact lenses and will be able to see all the information you need to help you complete your first purchase. You can choose products from all the collections in our inventory.
Please Note: In order to apply for an account you will be required to digitally sign the Chromaview Distributor Agreement.

My Account Was Declined. What Can I Do To Change The Status?
There may be several reasons that your account has been declined. The most common is that our system was unable to confirm your e-mail address.
If your account has been declined you are welcome to re-submit the form, being sure to check the details are correct and provide us with as much information as possible about your business.
I have verified my e-mail but I still can’t make a purchase?
The account will not be active until a member of our team has enabled it. E-mail verification is the first step of this. The next step is for the account to be audited and set to Active by a member of our team. You will receive a second e-mail for this and will then be able to shop online.
Why can’t I purchase without an account?
As a wholesaler of contact lenses, signing up to an account allows us to check which businesses we are selling to and enables us to offer exclusive deals to our Account Holders.
Can I have multiple Log Ins for one business?
Currently, this is not available. The Log In is for a single email address only. You are able to set up individual Log Ins for your business but these will not be linked together.
I can’t remember my password or I cannot access my account. What should I do?
We have a Forgotten Password function that will allow you to reset your password. If you are unable to access your account for any other reason, we advise getting in touch with our customer care team. Please be aware if you set up a new account for the same business you may lose any account benefits you have accumulated over time.
